DESCRIPTION:Project STEP Workshop | Domenic Salerni\nSaturday\, November 14\, 2026 | 12 pm – 1 pm | BSO Chorus Room\nEmail riani@projectstep.org to RSVP | Very Limited Space \nHailed as a “marvelous violinist” by The Washington Post\, violinist\, composer\, and arranger Domenic Salerni has built a career that moves freely across musical worlds. As a member of the two-time Grammy Award-winning Attacca Quartet\, his work has taken him from the concert stage to collaborations and recordings connected with artists including Billie Eilish\, FINNEAS\, Caroline Shaw\, Sō Percussion\, and Roomful of Teeth. Project STEP students will have the opportunity to experience that expansive approach to musicianship firsthand in an interactive workshop with Salerni. Through playing\, conversation\, improvisation\, and creative exploration\, students will be invited to think beyond the traditional boundaries of the classical musician and explore the many ways performers can create\, collaborate\, and build distinctive artistic lives.
