Achieving success in the classical music profession requires many things: an early start, talent, dedication and access to the right resources. Project STEP is dedicated to providing that necessary access to underrepresented students of color. Students admitted to Project STEP receive comprehensive training and guidance tailored to each individual’s needs from our highly qualified teaching faculty.
